FREE On-Site Injury Screenings
Physical Therapists from Elite Physical Therapy will be visiting various locations in the South Loop neighborhood to perform FREE Injury Screenings. Our physical therapists will be there to briefly assess your injury or condition, answer questions and provide recommendations for treatment and follow-up care. It's easy and convenient, so stop on by!

2009 Sports Leagues
Elite Physical Therapy is proud to sponsor the following groups for the 2009 sports season. Go team!

Near South Soccer League is a 100% volunteer non-for-profit youth soccer organization now in its 4th year. The group's goal is create a better sense of community through recreational and educational soccer.

Near South Baseball Little League is a community baseball league for young girls and boys in Chicago.		  
 
 

We partner with Fitness Formula Clubs South Loop location to provide our patients with access to a wider range of equipment and services.

We work closely with The Dance Center at Columbia College to treat the unique injuries and conditions of dance students.
